Mitch Worden

Mitch Worden is a Vice President on the Corporate Development team focused on Energy. Mitch's responsibilities include building high-impact relationships with industry, support the portfolio as they go-to-market and work cross-functionally to support broader office efforts to support clean energy. Prior to S2G, Mitch Worden was the Commercial Sector Lead and VP of the Clean Energy & Infrastructure team at JLL, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on their decarbonization strategies and led the execution of distributed generation clean energy technologies. Previously, Mitch worked at Invenergy, an independent power producer and utility scale renewable energy developer, where he focused on project finance, tax equity buyouts, refinancing, and project management. He started his career at PwC in their Transaction Services department. Mitch has an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University.
