Lavva produces plant-based dairy-free products from pili nuts, one of the lowest carb nuts in the world that needs very little water to grow and creates zero waste. Besides using the harvested nuts for food and oil (and yogurt), the pili nut trees' shells and bark are used for furniture, and the sap is used in cosmetics. Packed with food-based prebiotics and probiotics and containing no added sugars, colorings, artificial flavors, or preservatives, the company is on a mission to provide products to consumers that are naturally dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free while still being healthy and environmentally friendly.
